Terms of Service

Effective June 3, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Honos ("Honos," "we," "us"), the reputation-management software offered at honosai.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

The service

Honos helps home-service contractors request customer reviews by text and email, analyze and reply to those reviews, and track their online reputation. Features and integrations may change over time as we improve the product.

Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract to use Honos. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

• Paid plans start at $75 per month and are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor, Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time from your account. Your subscription stays active through the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again after that.
• Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time.
• If a payment fails, we may suspend or limit access until the balance is resolved. Prices may change with reasonable advance notice.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Honos lawfully and only to contact customers with whom you have a genuine business relationship. You will comply with all applicable laws governing electronic communications, including consent and opt-out requirements for text and email messaging. You will not use the service to send spam, harass anyone, post false or deceptive reviews, or violate the terms of any connected platform (such as Google).

Messaging

Honos sends messages to your customers at your direction and on your behalf. You are responsible for having the necessary consent to message the contacts you provide. Recipients can opt out by replying STOP, and you agree to honor those opt-outs.

Third-party services

Honos integrates with third-party platforms (for example, Google Business Profile, field-service tools, Twilio, and Stripe). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any particular number of reviews, rankings, or business outcomes. We are not responsible for content posted by your customers or for decisions made by third-party platforms.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Honos will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Termination

You may stop using Honos and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if required to protect the service or other users.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date at the top of this page, and continued use of the service means you accept the updated Terms.
